Erik Bies PT, DPT, MS

Erik’s extensive educational training in human movement and performance, rehabilitation, and experience as a competitive runner and collegiate athletics coach provide unmatched expertise to support your rehabilitation through performance journey. His patient and diligent demeanor create a safe and motivating environment for any client at any stage of their journey. And his affinity for detailed evaluation and nuanced instruction provides a personalized experience that every client deserves. Whether you’re dealing with persistent pain, recovering from injury/surgery, trying to maximize your weekend adventures, or you’re an elite athlete training for world-class events, Erik’s mission is restoring and maintaining healthful movement so you can achieve your goals.  Erik and his family have been residents of the Snoqualmie Valley since 2016. You can find Erik, Megan, their son Lawson, and Border Collie Max outside all seasons of the year enjoying running, biking, skiing, fly fishing and more. Erik is grateful to serve the people of the Snoqualmie Valley and greater Western Washington region.

Kathryn Dove, PT, DPT

Kathryn brings a unique blend of extensive physical therapy experience and a passion for mountain biking to her practice. Her ten-year career as a physical therapist is enriched by her deep understanding of physical movement and athletic performance, honed through years of competitive mountain biking. This unique combination allows her to provide unparalleled support for your rehabilitation journey, whether you’re recovering from an injury or striving to push your limits on the trails.  No matter if you’re just starting to explore the world of cycling, seeking to maximize your weekend adventures, or an elite athlete training for the big stage, Kathryn’s mission is to help you rediscover the joy of movement and build the resilience necessary to keep pursuing your passions.  Born and raised in the pacific northwest, Kathryn has been grateful to call Washington home her whole life.  After attending undergraduate studies at the University of Washington she spent a few years on the east side of the state for graduate school at Eastern Washington University before returning to the Snoqualmie Valley where she lives with her husband Jackson and dog Zeb.  When she’s not out on the mountain bike you can likely find her doing something else outside including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, running, and occasionally rock climbing.
